Hall of Fame inductees are recognized at the NCATA Annual Meeting and honored in the permanent Hall of Fame display located in the George M. Holmes Convocation Center at Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina. No more than five inductions will be made in any single year.

If you would like to nominate someone for the NCATA Hall of Fame please click on the link to the right to open up the nomination form. Once open, please do the following:
-Complete the form on your computer
-Print the form (using the print form button on the last page)
-Then mail the form to the president of the NCATA

Nomination criteria:
- Nominee must be a current or retired NATA certified or North Carolina licensed member of the NCATA.
- Nominee must have been a practicing athletic trainer for a minimum of 20 years and a member of the NCATA for a minimum of 15 years.
- Must be sponsored by a voting member of the NCATA.
