The NCATA Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Committee Membership Survey is anonymous and open to all NCATA Members.
The goal/purpose for surveying the NCATA membership is to identify opportunities for DEIC to uphold its vision and mission by meeting NCATA member needs/wants for:
disseminating resources about creating inclusive work spaces and expanding cultural competency
creating professional development opportunities and spaces that support all NCATA members
coordinating programming that educates and supports NCATA members, and affiliated stakeholders
