As we enter hiring season, we’re excited to invite both employers looking to fill athletic training positions and job seekers eager to begin or continue their careers in North Carolina to participate in this year’s event. Our goal is to help North Carolina AT students and professionals looking for a career change connect with hiring managers across a variety of settings and to recruit talented athletic trainers from beyond our borders to help meet the growing demand in our state.

We're making a few key improvements based on feedback from last year’s inaugural event to increase participation and success:

High School & Middle School Settings Only
Wednesday, May 21 |  6:00 – 8:30 PM EST

Each session will include two panel discussions featuring certified athletic trainers from various work settings (separate from hiring managers), providing insights into career paths and workplace culture.
